Holiday Plans (Part 1)

Sunday the 18^th of April, I had quite an interesting day. For the first time in my life, dad went shopping with us (mum, sister and I). He has never shopped with us before because we usually shop for dresses and other girly stuff. He always goes looking at car, hand phones and other electronic devices and even shopping alone. I sometimes pity him. If only i had a brother, then he would not feel so lonely. Back to my story, I bought so many things including 2 dresses, 2 flat shoes (one for shopping, one black for work) and 2 earrings. I have not bought so much in a long time because of college and working life. I miss being in high school where my parent would give me school pocket money.

Besides that, I also did pierce my ears for the second time! It was another one above my original piercing.

Actually, it wasn’t my idea of getting the second pierce. My younger sister wanted to get her second one. She dared me to pierce it with her and I took the dare. Mum thought that I was joking because I was always known as a scary cat. I’m afraid 0f many thing such as insects, animals and also heights. Mum laughed at me and it made me wanting to pierce my ears even more but I was really scared inside. Mum brought us to the shop in 1Utama called Dragonfly to pierce our ears. The person before us got a pierce on her tongue. I did not like looking at how she got the pierce. When it was our turn, I decided to go first. When the lady held the piercing gun on my ear then pierced it, I screamed a little and tears began rolling down my cheeks. It was really embarrassing but it was definitely better than the last time where I cried for an hour. It did not really hurt but I was just too scared about it. My sister got so frightened when she saw me crying that she decided not to pierce her ear for a moment. After piercing, she laughed at me because it was not pain at all to her.

Monday the 19^th of April, my dad’s workers came over to my house to paint my whole house. They started with my room. I had to clean up my whole room the past few days because of today. I decided to paint my room pink and royal iris in colour. Before painting, my room looks like this….

I was also the driver for the day for my mum, sis and also friends. This is what that is happening to me after getting my license. We had to get out of the house because the house was full of paints and it smells bad.

Tuesday the 20^th April, was such a usual day for me. Besides having fun this holiday, I had to work too from 12pm until 9pm. This was for the extra pocket money. Oh well, this is only the beginning of my week. There is so much to come on the second half of my week. So enjoy reading!
